**Do you ship internationally?**
Right now, I ship within Switzerland with free shipping. International shipping is coming soon. If you are outside Switzerland and really need something, email me and we can figure it out.

**How long does shipping take?**
Usually 3 to 5 business days within Switzerland. Sometimes faster, sometimes a day or two longer. I am a one person operation, not Amazon. I pack everything with care.

**What about digital products?**
Digital downloads are instant. You get the download link immediately after purchase via email. Check your spam folder if you do not see it within a few minutes.

**Can I return something?**
Yes. You have 30 days. If something does not work for you, I get it. Just email me and we will sort it out. No guilt, no hassle. Read the full return policy for details.

**I have sensory issues. Are your products sensory friendly?**
I design everything with neurodivergent needs in mind because I am neurodivergent too. But everyone is different. If you have specific concerns about textures, materials, or anything else, email me before ordering and I will give you honest details.

**Do you offer refunds for digital products?**
Digital products cannot be returned once downloaded, but if there is a technical issue or the file is corrupted, I will fix it or refund you. I am not here to take your money for broken things.

**Why are some products on sale?**
Because I want them to be accessible. These tools should not be luxury items. If you need something and cannot afford full price, the sale prices are there to help.

**Can I suggest a product?**
Absolutely. If there is a tool you wish existed for neurodivergent life, tell me. I cannot promise I will make everything, but I listen.

**I am struggling financially. Do you offer payment plans?**
Not yet, but I am working on it. For now, check the sale section. And honestly, if you are in a tough spot, email me. Let me see what I can do.

**How do I contact you?**
Use the contact form on this site or email me directly. I respond to every message, usually within 24 to 48 hours. Sometimes faster if I am not in a shutdown.

**Are you actually autistic/ADHD or is this just marketing?**
I am actually autistic, ADHD, and a CPTSD survivor. This is not a brand persona. This is my life. Every product here is something I either use or wish I had during the hardest times.
